摘要
褐飞虱腹部脂肪体内普遍存在类酵母共生菌,该类共生菌在虫体的生理代谢和营养利用等方面意义重大。研究采用冷冻切片技术结合显微摄像系统观察法测定了褐飞虱与水稻互作过程中虫体内共生菌的个体大小;并通过“血球记数法”测定了虫体内该类共生菌的含量。与取食感虫品种水稻TNI的褐飞虱相比,取食抗性水稻品种IR26(Bph1)和IR36(bph2)的褐飞虱体内共生菌的长度分别降低23.2%。24.4%和18.0%-32.7%,宽度分别降低24.4%-28.8%和8.6%-30.6%。取食抗性水稻品种的褐飞虱体内共生菌数量都显著下降。其中,连续取食IR26二代后褐飞虱体内共生菌显著降低,第三代后虫体内共生菌数量又有所回升。说明抗性水稻品种与褐飞虱互作会导致虫体内类酵母共生菌的发育变小、数量减少。
There are mass of yeast-like endesymbiote (YLES) in abdomen fat body of brown planthopper (BPH) Nilaparvata lugens (Stal), which plays vital physiological and nutritional roles on the BPH. In this study, the effects of the interaction between BPH and BPH-resistant rice (cv. IR26 with Bphl and cv. IR36 with bph2 vs. the susceptible cv. TNI) on size and abundance of YIES were studied by the cryostat micretome method in combination with the photomicrography and by using the haemacytometer. Compared with the length and width of YLES in BPH reared on susceptible-variety rice TNI, the length of YIES decreased with 23.2 % - 24.4 % and 18.0 % - 32.7 %, the width of YIES decreased with 24.4% - 28.8 % and 8.6 % - 30.6 %, respectively, when BPH fed on IR26 and IR36 for three successive generations. And the abundance of YIES also significantly decreased when BPH fed on IR26 and IR36 relative to TNI. Moreover, there was the lowest abundance of YIES after BPH fed on IR26 for two generations, and the abundance of YIES increased after the third generation. It is presumed that the interaction between BPH and BPH-resistant rice may result in smaller YLES and less abundance of YLES.
