摘要
茶尺蠖核型多角体病毒(EoNPV)是茶尺蠖的主要病原微生物。试验研制了3种EoNPV制剂,分别是EoNPV乳剂、EoNPV-Bt乳剂、EoNPV-溴氰可湿性粉剂。3种制剂在室内和田间对茶尺蠖的防治效果均在90%以上。茶园示范应用1万hm2,经济效益和生态效益明显。并对3种制剂的田间使用技术进行了研究和讨论。
Nuclear polyhedrosis virus （EoNPV） is the main pathogen of tea gemotrid, Ectropic obliqua Prout. Three kinds of EoNPV preparations （EoNPV emulsion, EoNPV-Bt emulsion and EoNPV-Decis WP） were trial-produced and tested. The control efficiencies of these preparations to larvae of tea gemotrid were up to 90%, when tested in the laboratory and on the field. Application of these preparations for controlling tea gemotrid in tea plantations was over 10000 hm^2 in 6 years, an obvious economic and ecological benefits were gained. The application techniques of the 3 preparations in tea plantations were studied and discussed.
