摘要
利用离体接种方法对搜集的30份茭白种质资源进行了锈病和胡麻斑病的抗性测定,结果鉴定出对锈病具有抗性的材料8份,其中高抗品种3份,抗性品种2份,中抗品种3份。对胡麻斑病具有抗性的品种材料15份,其中高抗品种4份,抗性品种4份,中抗品种7份。
Thirty Zizania latifolia germplasm resistant to Helmiathosprium zizamae and Uromyces coronatus were identified through inoctdation in vitro. The restdts showed that there were 8 Zizania varieties possessing resistance to rust of Z. latifolia, U. coronatus, in which 3 high resistant varieties, 2 resistant varieties and 3 middle-resistant varieties. There were 15 Zizania varieties having resistance to H. zizamae, including 4 high resistant varieties, 4 resistant varieties and 7 middle-resistant varieties.
