参芪扶正注射液对老龄MODS大鼠免疫功能的影响

The Effects of Shenqifuzheng Injection (参芪扶正注射液) on Immunological Function of Elderly Rats with Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome

目的观察参芪扶正注射液对老龄多器官功能障碍(MODS)大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法老龄大鼠腹腔注射脂多糖建立老龄MODS模型,将大鼠分为对照组和干预组,分别予生理盐水与参芪扶正注射液灌胃,于造模后第1、3、8日观察并比较大鼠脾脏、胸腺内淋巴细胞凋亡及生化指标变化情况。结果第8日后干预组较对照组脾脏、胸腺内淋巴细胞凋亡减少,生化指标改善明显。结论参芪扶正注射液可减少淋巴细胞凋亡,增强免疫功能,改善脏器功能。

Objective: To observe the effects of Shenqifuzheng Inuection(参芪扶正注射液) on immunological function of elderly rats with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Methods: Elderly rats models of MODS were established by intraperitoneal injection lipopolysaccharile, and were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the intervention group. Models rats in the control group were lavaged with normal sodium and intervention group with Shenqifuzheng Injection.The changes of apoptotic lymphocyte in spleen and thymus and blood biochemistry were analyzed on 1,3,8,day, respectively, after astablished the modesl of MODS. Results: Apoptotic lymphocyte in spleen and thymus reduced and biochemical indicator improved obviously in the intervention group, compared with control group after eighth day. Conclusion: Shenqifuzheng Injection can reduces apoptotic lymhocyte, strengthen immunological function and improve organ function in MODS.
