新疆克拉玛依市801例疑似结核患者特异性抗结核抗体差异性研究

Study on Difference in Serum Anti-tuberculosis Antibody of 801 Cases with Tuberculosis Suspects

目的了解新疆克拉玛依市少数民族和汉族血中特异性抗结核抗体是否有差异。方法以801例初诊可疑肺结核者为受试对象,同时做痰涂片、采手指血20μL,利用FD结核诊断试剂盒检测血中特异性抗结核抗体LAM-IgG及胸部X线拍片检查。结果125例涂阳肺结核患者组中,少数民族56例、汉族69例,血中特异性抗结核抗体阳性率分别为94.64%和89.86%,两者无显著性差异;267例涂阴肺结核患者组中,少数民族82例、汉族185例,血中特异性抗结核抗体阳性率分别为76.83%和78.92%,两者无显著性差异;94例陈旧性肺结核组中,少数民族36例、汉族58例,血中特异性抗结核抗体阳性率分别为77.78%和74.14%,两者无显著性差异;315例非肺结核病组中,少数民族78例,汉族237例,血中特异性抗结核抗体阳性率分别为43.59%和48.95%,两者无显著性差异。而4组间非肺结核病组与其余3组相比则均有显著性差异。结论种族因素对血中特异性抗结核抗体无影响。

Objective To understand the difference in serum antibody between the minorities and Han nationality in Kalamay. Methods All subjects received sputim smear, serum LAM - IgG test, and chest film exemination. Results There were 56 minorities and 69 of Han nationality in 125 smear - positive cases with pulmonary tuberculosis, the positive rates of anti - TB - IgG were 94.64% and 89.86% in the minority and Han nationality, the difference was not found between the two groups; There were 82 minorityies and 185 of Han nationality in 267 smear - negative cases with pulmonary tuberculosis, the positive rates of anti - TB - IgG were 76.83% and 78.92% in the minority and Han nationality, the difference was not found between the two groups; There were 36 of minorities and 58 of Han nationality in 94 obsolete TB cases, the positive rates of anti-TB -IgG were 77.78% and 74.14% in the minority and Han nationality, the difference was not found between the two groups; There were 78 of minority and 237 of Han nationality in 315 non - tuberculosis cases, the positive rates of anti-TB -IgG were 43.59% and 48.95% in the minority and Han nationality, the difference was not found between the two groups. The significant difference was found between non -Tu- berculosis group and other three groups. Conclusions The results show that the test of anti - TB - IgG has no relations to nationalities.
