摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法在蜂窝陶瓷载体表面制备了氧化铝涂层,使用SEM、BET等分析手段研究了氧化铝涂层的结构形貌和特性。试验结果表明,氧化铝涂层在陶瓷载体上附着牢固。铝溶胶中加入尿素可以有效调整溶胶的粘度,从而能够获得负载量大,比表面积高的氧化铝涂层。
The alumina washcoats on cordierite honeycomb monoliths was prepared by sol - gel method. The structures and properties of the alumina washcoats were studied by means of SEM, BET and other methods. The experimental results showed that sol- gel method can ensure firm adhesion of the alumina washcoat to the support, and adjustment of the sol viscosity was achieved with the use of urea, resulting in alumina washcoat with large suface area and high loading.
