摘要
研究了聚丙烯流延膜专用料的添加剂体系,主要是抗氧剂体系、抗静电剂体系和开口剂/爽滑剂体系;在抚顺乙烯PP装置上采用国产催化剂进行了二元共聚专用料的试生产并进行了加工应用。结果表明,该技术生产的专用料成膜性与进口料相当,指标全部合格,可以进行规模化生产。
The additives systems for CPP special resin such as antioixdizer system,antistatic agent system and anti-blocking/slip system were discussed. The bipolymer special resin was test- operated by applying domestic catalyst in polypropylene unit of Fushun Ethylene Chemical Plant and the consumer had favourable applying effect. The results showed the film - forming performance of the special resin can meet the standards of similar import products .
