摘要 通过树脂法催化丙烯直接水合反应的工艺研究,得到了如下结论:XP树脂催化剂初活性试验和寿命试验表明该催化剂性能优良,催化剂寿命预测可大于8 000 h。滴流式三相固定床反应器是丙烯水合反应器的最佳型式。丙烯水合反应最佳工艺条件为:起始温度130℃,终止温度165℃;反应压力8.0 MPa;n(水)∶n(烯)=15;丙烯空速0.3 h-1。在上述工艺条件下,丙烯的转化率≥55%,异丙醇的选择性>90%。 Isopropanol (abbr. IPA) is a kind of important raw material and organic solvent. The catalytic hydration of propylene using resin as catalyst has been so far the best process. This paper mainly focuses on the study of the hydration process. The foUowing conclusions are drawn from the study : XP type resin catalyst showed best performance in the activity and durability experiment and can be chosen as the catalyst for the propylene hydration. The hydration reactor adopts the three - phase trickle bed reactor. The best reaction conditions are as foUows: reaction temperature 130 - 165℃, reaction pressure 8. 0MPa, the mole ratio of water to propylene 15 and space velocity of prepylene 0.3 h^-1 . In the above - mentioned conditions , the conversion of propylene is higher than 55 mol% and the selectivity of IPA is higher than 90 mol%.
