Combined with the application of Prestressed Tubular Concrete （PTC） pile in extension project of Huning expressway the construction technology of roadbed base plate and Prestressed Tubular Concrete （PTC） pile are introduced. In the end the advantages of this kind of technology in soft soil foundation treatment are summarized.
