摘要
论述了资源与城市发展的关系，以江油市为例，分析了经济社会发展对资源的需求及其约束，介绍了资源能源保障与利用的对策，以促进城市发展，使我国经济保持持续快速增长。
The following paper discusses the relationships between resource and the development of city, analyzes the requirement of economic society＇s development on resource and its restriction taking Jiangyou province as an example, and introduces the strategy of resource and energy sources＇ protection and utilization, in order to promote the development of city and to maintain sustainable quick incensement of our economy.
