摘要
对现阶段监理与业主的关系进行了浅要的分析，说明两者的关系既是统一的，又有矛盾的地方，并对如何解决两方关系问题提出了见解，对保证建筑工程的顺利进行具有一定的意义。
This paper analyzes the relationships between supervisor and owner at this stage, introduces their relationships as both unified and contrary, and proposes several opinions on how to solve their relationships, which has a certain meaning for smoothly carrying out building engineering.
