从敬业、责任、忠诚、进取、合作、高效、创新、服从多个方面论述了企业员工的职业基准，针对各个基准要求，提出了具体的工作措施，以塑造员工精神，适应企业的发展需求。

The basic professional standards of employee are discussed from respect-work, responsibility, loyalty, enterprising, cooperation, high efficiency, innovation and obedience. In light of the requirement of each basic standard, the author proposes concrete working measures, in o der to shape employee s spirit and to comfort the requirement of enterprise s development.
