根据建筑业劳保统筹的发展现状及要求，确定了其出路在于改革，介绍了实现从统筹到保障转型改革的三方面工作，探讨了建筑业劳保统筹制度改革成败的关键点，以充分发挥建筑业劳保费在构建和谐社会进程中的作用。
According to the developing condition and requirement of labor insurance planning in building trade, the author confirms that its way out is revolution, introduces three-aspect revolution working to achieve the transition from planning to guarantee, and discusses the main points of the revolution, in order to bring into full play the role of building labor insurance contribution in the process of building harmonious society.
