摘要
简述了实行建设监理制度、选择监理单位的重要性，从招投标法的贯彻、招标文件的编制、招标、评标过程等方面介绍了应用招标选择监理单位的经验，以保证所管理项目目标的实现。
The importance to implement supervision system and selection of supervision part are briefly introduced. From the implementation of law of bid invitation and submission, bid invitation, bid evaluation and other aspect the experiences in selecting supervision part by bidding are mentioned in order to ensure realize of supervision objectives.
