摘要
分析了工程设计与造价控制的关系，从几个方面论述了影响公路工程造价的相关因素，介绍了加强设计工作质量的措施，以达到有效控制工程造价，提高经济效益的目的。
The relationship between engineering design and cost control is analyzed as well as the factors influencing cost control in highway worlds. In addition, corresponding measures are proposed to strengthen design quality to realize reasonable control of engineering cost and increase economic benefits.
