野生型和转基因型鱼腥藻混合营养方式培养的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 对野生型和转基因型蓝藻进行了混合营养培养研究,这种具异型胞丝状体蓝藻被转入并表达了人肿瘤坏死因子-α基因。加入蔗糖、葡萄糖和麦芽糖3种外源有机物,结果表明都促进了两种蓝藻细胞的生长和增加了生物量,其中葡萄糖是最适合的外源有机物;用16mmol/L、26mmol/L和36mmol/L 3种不同终浓度的蔗糖进行混合培养,结果3种浓度下都能促进两种蓝藻的生长和增加生物量,其中26mmol/L的蔗糖为最适的终浓度。 The effects of exogenous organic carbon compounds on mixotrophic cultivation of wild-type strain and transgenic Anabaena sp. PCC7120 were studies. The heterocystous, filamentous cyanobacterium has been transferred and expressed human tumor necrosis factor-or gene. The results showed that sucrose, glucose and maltose on mixotrophic all could better heighten cell growth rate and enhance the cyanobacterial biomass concentration;Glucose were found to be the best one. Also three initial sucrose concentrations ( 16mmo1/L, 26mmo1/L and 36mmo1/L) were investigated on mixotrophic cultivation, the results showed that they all promoted cell growth of both cyanobacterial cells ,and 26mmo1/L is the optimum.
