脂质、炎症与肾小球硬化
摘要
大多数慢性肾脏疾病进展至终末期肾衰竭时,其病理改变均为肾小球硬化和肾间质纤维化。近年来有研究证实,肾脏局部的脂代谢异常与炎症共同参与了这一过程。本文就脂质和炎症引起肾小球硬化及其相互作用作一综述。
