良园枇杷叶膏中盐酸麻黄碱的HPLC测定

Determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Liangyuan Pipaye Gao by HPLC

建立了HPLC法测定良园枇杷叶膏中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。采用C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(10∶90),检测波长207nm。盐酸麻黄碱在24～2400ng范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为97.0%,RSD为1.9%。

A HPLC method was established for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Liangyuan Pipaye Gao. A Cl8 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1%H3PO4 （10 ： 90） at the detection wavelength of 207nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 24 - 2400ng. The average recovery was 97.0% with RSD of 1.9%.
