摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱仪以不锈钢原子化管对阿司匹林、布洛芬、安乃近、对氨基水杨酸钠中铅、镉、锌等重金属元素进行无火焰原子化,并以标准加入法进行定量分析。该方法中三种元素的特征质量分别为2.5×10-12、1.2×10-13和8.6×10-14g/1%,绝对检出限分别为1.0×10-12、3.2×10-14和2.5×10-14g。
A flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer-flameless atomization method was established for determination of heavy metal elements lead, cadmium and zinc in the aspirin, ibuprofen, metamizole sodium and sodium aminosalicylate. The stainless steel atomizing tubes was used and quantitative analysis was proceeded by standard addition method. The characteristic mass of the three heavy metal elements in the method were 2.5 ×10^-12, 1.2×10^-13 and 8.6×10^-14 g/1% with the absolute detection limits of 1.0×10^-12, 3.2×10^-14 and 2.5 ×10^-14g, respectively.
