伏格列波糖中有机溶剂残留量的毛细管GC测定

Determination of Residual Solvents in Voglibose by Capillary GC

建立了毛细管GC法测定伏格列波糖中11种有机溶剂的残留量。以50%DMF水溶液为溶剂,采用DB-624弹性石英毛细管柱,程序升温,FID检测器,载气为氮气。

A temperature programmed capillary GC method for determination of eleven residual solvents in voglibose was established. Fifty percent DMF aqueous solution was used as the solvent. A DB-624 capillary column was used with FID detector, and using nitrogen as carrier gas.
