电力电子器件的发展及其在动车组中的应用

摘要 通过对电力电子器件发展过程的回顾,分析总结了其在国内外动丰组中的应用现状,介绍了用于变流技术领城的GTO、IGBT、IGCT等典型的电力电子器件,并展望了电力电子器件的发展方向及其在动车组中的应用前景。 Through review of development process of electrical and electronic appliances,their present applications in multiple units in our country and abroad are analyzed and summarized.The typical electrical and electronic appliances applied in current inverting technical fields such as GTO,IGBT and IGCT are described.And the development orienta- tion of electrical and electronic appliances and their application prospects in multiple units are given.
