摘要 双向电泳技术是蛋白质组研究的核心技术之一,本文对其原理、发展概况、优缺点及其在园艺植物蛋白质组学研究中的应用做了介绍,并对其今后的发展做了展望。 Two-dimensional polyacrylamide electrophoresis (2D-PAGE) is one of the fundamental separation methods for proteome research. This paper reviewed its theory, development, advantage and shortage, and the application in protemic studies of horticultural plants. Perspectives of 2-D gel were also discussed.
