上置法植骨60例种植效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 评价上置法植骨种植修复的远期临床效果及其相关影响因素。方法 将颏部自体骨块通过钛钉植入骨性缺损区,以增加种植术区唇、颊侧骨组织的厚度和垂直性骨高度。采用该方法修复骨性缺损的前牙区4l例,后牙区19例。植骨3~6个月后,植入种植体198枚。结果 60例植骨区除2例由于钛钉暴露、骨块吸收较多外,其余平均增加骨宽度3.45mm,增加骨高度3.79mm,植骨术区植入的198枚种植体,种植修复后12~60个月的回访,2枚种植体由于功能负荷过大,导致种植体脱落外,196枚种植修复体咀嚼功能满意。结论 上置法植骨能有效修复种植术区骨量不足。
