肺炎支原体IgM检测的临床意义

摘要 肺炎支原体(mycoplasma penmoniae,Mp)是介于细菌和病毒之间的一种超滤过性为独立生活的最小的微生物,是呼吸道感染最常见的病原之一。近年来,随着对Mp的认识及诊断手段的日益提高,使Mp感染得到了准确的诊断和及时的治疗,有效地防止了Mp感染后的肺外并发症。鉴于此,本文总结了1296份患者血清Mp IgM检测结果,并分析其各年龄组临床意义,现将结果报告如下。
