旋转机械相对时相的提取及其在诊断中的应用

摘要 通过对旋转机械相位信息的研究,提出从倍频相位中提取相对时相作为诊断特征量.讨论了相对时相所包含的故障信息及在不同故障种类中的表征.经实例证明,相对时相在旋转机械故障诊断中有较大的实用价值. Based on a study of the phase information gathered from rotary machineries, a fault diagnosis method was proposed in which the time phase signal extracted from the multiple frequency phase was used as the characteristic signal for the diagnosis. The features of the fault information included in the relative time phase were discussed, and the appearance of the information from various faults described. It was shown that the relative time phase was very useful in diagnosing faults of rotary machineries.
