摘要 8月17日后,曾任戴尔中国总裁的麦大伟成为联想亚太地区总裁,联想集团高级副总裁。曾任日本家用及商用销售业务总监和戴尔官崎客户服务中心执行董事的SotaroAmano则在同一时间出任联想日本有限公司总裁三天后,联想宣布DavidSchmoock出任集团高级副总裁,领导新成立的卓越中心。他此前任戴尔公司副总裁,负责亚太与日本地区营销。 Most recently,Chinese computer giant Lenovo has announced the recruitment of a fourth former executive of Dell,the world's largest personal computer maker, in just eight days.Christopher Askew, former vice president of Dell,joined Lenovo as senior vice president in charge of the service department.Top manage- ment Team turnover is hot nowadays in China and Dell is not an exception. Most of Chinese companies are in dire need of senior managers and top man- agement turnover is often considered the easiest way to have its own top team,but since this top management team is not easy to integrate into new company and new colleagues may consider them as an intruder from outside,top management team jumping ship is not always successful.
