摘要
以额定动载荷的负数为目标函数建立数学模型,运用MATLAB优化工具箱对混合陶瓷球轴承进行优化设计,最后对所加的轴向预紧力进行优化分析。运用该程序进行优化设计,简化优化算法程序,提高设计效率;同时优化工具箱选用了较可靠的优化算法与惩罚函数法的优化结果进行比较,提高了设计精度。
The minus of dynamic load rating is considered as objective function to establish mathematical model. MATLAB optimizing toolbox is used to conduct optimizing design for the hybrid ceramic ball bearings and analysis on axial preload. The algorithm procedure is simplified via this method and the design efficiency is improved. Compared to the payment function, this kind of optimization algorithm offers better design precision.
