开窗置管注射OK-432治疗颈面部淋巴管瘤

Intermittent Injection of OK432 Through Indwelling Balloon Catheter Intralesionally by Fenestration Applied to Treat Maxillofacial Lymphangioma

目的介绍并评价应用OK-432(沙培林)注射治疗颈面部淋巴管瘤的方法和疗效。方法回顾性分析15例颈面部淋巴管瘤患儿的诊治经过。结果15例患儿均为较大的囊状水瘤,均接受了开窗病灶内留置导管间断注射OK-432,取得满意疗效,病灶区无疤痕及色素沉着,术后无明显并发症,无需再次手术治疗。结论开窗病灶内置管间断注射OK-432治疗颈面部淋巴管瘤特别是水囊瘤,具有微创、安全、效果确实等优点,对于手术难以切除的巨大囊瘤是较好的微创治疗方式。

Objective To introduce and evaluate a minimally invasive procedure for application of OK-432 injection to treat cervicofacial lymphangioma. Methods 15 children affected by cervicofacial lymphangioma who have received OK-432 injection using indwelling catheter in the cervical fenestration focus, their clinical diagnosis and treatment course from 2004 to 2005 were retrospectively analyzed, and related literatures were also reviewed. Results Almost all patients were cured in appearance without scar, pigmentation etc complications in the focus range, so there is no need to again surgical involvement. One year postoperation followed up and did not show any signs of reccurrence. Conclusion intermittent administration of OK-432 through indwelling catheter intralesionally by fenestration is a safe and more effective procedure, it could be employed in managing cervicofacial lymphangioma, in especially for hygroma.
