摘要
三峡工程泄洪坝段导流底孔试验性封堵施工中,由于施工部位低,混凝土浇筑难度大,混凝土浇筑手段选用HBT120A三级配拖泵泵送三级配混凝土,试验采用不同的施工方案,分三个阶段进行,针对试验中泵管堵塞现象,找出问题的原因及改进措施,优化混凝土配合比,通过试验验证所选用的施工手段满足设计要求。
Guide stream bottom hole is sealed and blocked up trial in flood discharge dam sect of Three Gorges Project. Since construction position is low, pouring of concrete is extremely difficult. Pouring of concrete means select and use HBTI20A concrete trailer-type pump with graduation Ⅲ that line concrete of tunnel. Test that is divided three stages adopts different construction plans. Aim at appearances that pump and pipe is stopped up. Problem reason and reformative measure are found out. Adjust best concrete copulate ratio. It is tested and verified through test that construction means adoptive satisfy plan demand.
