摘要
本文探讨了西北与华中(四川)两大电网的主要联网效益,首次研究了水火电互补调节效益在西北与四川联合电网中的获取特点,并给出了合适的联网效益数值。从五个方面研究了两大电网联网的合理规模问题,特别是对联网效益与联网规模关系的分析,以及联网工程投入产出的综合分析,做了探索性的研究,为项目决策提供了依据,对今后跨大区联网工程研究有较大借鉴意义。
This paper studied the main benefit obtained from interconnecting the Northwest power system and the Sichuan power system, and presented the acquisition characteristics of mutual compensation and adjustment benefit on hydro and thermal power in the interconnected system for the first time. A proper value of the interconnection benefit is induced. The right interconnection scale of these two power systems was discussed from five aspects. Detailed analysis on the relationship between the benefit and scale of interconneetion project is made and an integrated inputoutput analysis is also conducted. All of the above work lay a foundation for the project decision and can be referred to other interconnection projects.
