摘要
现阶段采取传统的航空摄影测量方式的超高压电力线路测量,仍存在无法穿透植被覆盖地区直接获得地面高程,也不能准确测量植被高度的问题。激光雷达是20世纪最重要的技术之一。由于激光雷达能够穿透植被覆盖层,而且有的激光系统集成GPS、IMU等设备,可以快速获取地形、地貌数据,获取植被高度数据,是工程测绘的全新手段。中南电力设计院于2006年5月在罗平至百色二回500kV紧凑型输电线路勘测设计工程中,运用激光雷达技术进行了生产实验,并且同常规勘测设计模式进行比较,实践结果表明激光雷达系统的精度基本能够达到设计要求,取得了较好的效果。
In these years, the surveying of power line mainly adopts the air photogrammetry. But there are some problems unresolved that vegetarian can not be penetrated and the information of height can not be gotten. LIDAR is one of most important inventions in 21^at. Because LIDAR can penetrate the vegetarian and reach the ground which integrate GPS, IMU, it can fast get the all kind geography information. Recently, many experts focus on how to make LIDAR work in the design of pewerlines. The CSEPDI makes experiment in May, 2006, and the result indicate the excellent performance and potentiality.
