It is possible for us to reconstruct the landscapes and geography knowledge of the history, and to understand their interest for ancient people and Us, by reading ancient texts or documents. So the author inquired the relationship between geographical narration and ancient landscapes or geography knowledge in ancient texts or documents from different aspects. Then the author analyzed the different reading methods in contemporary historical geography and history of geography.
