摘要 褪黑素(Melatonin,Mel)对生殖调控有重要意义,本文主要介绍了褪黑素对男性下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴(HPG轴)三个水平的调节作用,同时探讨了褪黑素调节生殖活动的可能作用机制,并展望了其在男性生殖中的研究发展趋势及应用。 Melatonin (Mel) plays a important role in the regulation of reproduction. This article mainly illustrates modulation of melatonin on male hypothalamic - pituitary - gonadal (HPG) axis, in which, meanwhile, the possible mechanisms of melatonin on regulating reproduction activity and prospects of studies and application in male reproduction were discussed.
