摘要
膨化技术作为一种新型食品生产技术,正逐步在食品工业中得到广泛的应用。本文就现在国内常用的油炸膨化技术、挤压膨化技术、微波膨化技术、低温气漉膨化技术和CO_2膨化技术予以阐述。
As a new technology of food manufacturing, dilative technology has been widely using in food industry. This paper mainly discusses the fried dilative technology, extrusion dilative technology, microwave dilative technology, low temperature explosion dilative technology and carbon dioxide puffing technology usually used in China food industry.
