中阿古代科技文明兴衰的比较研究与启示——兼论中国科技创新的可持续发展战略问题

Viewpoint of Science Development and Inspiration of Arabian Science Civilization in Middle Ancient Ages

目前,中国正在大规模地开展自主科技创新研究与“创新型国家”的建设,科技创新的可持续发展问题是其中需要认真研究的重要问题之一。本文结合中古阿拉伯帝国时期科学文明的兴衰探讨了影响科技创新可持续发展的几个重要因素,剖析了我国科技创新所面临的困境及其迫切需要处理的三个方面的重要关系问题。

Now china is taking independent scientific innovative researches and constructing ＂innovative country＂ on a large scale. The sustainable development of scientific innovation is one of the important problems which should be studied seriously.Based on the comparative research of the rise and fall of ancient science civilization between China and the Arabian Empire, this article discusses the important factors which influence the development of science civilization, and analyses the difficulties that China faces in the development of science civilization and three important relations that should be dealt with urgently.
