摘要
本文根据商业银行经营绩效评价的需要,结合我国商业银行的实际情况,建立了经营绩效评价的指标体系,运用因子分析法比较了我国各类型商业银行的经营业绩,试图对银行经营业绩的相对优劣给出客观全面地评价,在此基础上,为我国商业银行整体业绩的提升给出了策略建议。
Banking industry is one of the most important sectors for national economy; it owns realistic sense for them to improve performance evaluation work. Considering the commercial banks＂ actual conditions, this paper establishes the index system of operation performance evaluation based on the demand of commercial banks, then compares different kinds of commercial banks＂ operation performance with factor analysis, tries to evaluate commercial banks＂ comparative advantages and disadvantages objectively and comprehensively, and on this basis, puts forward some solutions to improve the general efficiency of Chinese commercial banks .
