奈达“读者反应论”的源流及其评价

On the Sources of Nida's “Receptor's Response” and Its Evaluation

自20世纪80年代初之后,在国内产生影响最大、影响范围最广的西方译论当是奈达的“动态对等论”、“等效论”和“读者反应论”,其中最后一种尤为意义特殊。因此,有必要细读经典,认真考查奈达的各种译论及其源流,进而对其“读者反应论”做出合理的评价。结论认为,“读者反应论”既有规定性传统译论的局限,也蕴涵了翻译研究的新观念,但在其引介之初对国内译界的影响主要是前者。

Since the beginning of 1980s, the most influential translation theories from the west with the most farreaching effect have been those by E. Nida, such as dynamic equivalence, equivalent effect and receptor＇s response, among which the last is of particular interest. Therefore, there is the necessity to have a close reading of classical writings, carefully examine the translation theories by E. Nida and properly evaluate his kernel theory of ＂receptor＇s response＂. It is concluded that the theory of ＂receptor＇s response＂ not only embraces the limitations of the prescriptive traditional translation theories, but contains new ideas of translation studies as well, and its influence in the very beginning of its introduction into the field of translation studies in China was primarily the former.
