摘要
随着CEPA的签署实施,粤港两地在经贸、知识产权的合作更加紧密。香港的知识产权管理保护工作卓有成效且别具特色,与之毗邻的广东,应当借此契机向香港学习借鉴,取长补短。
Along with the implementation of CEPA, Guangdong and Hong Kong have intensified their cooperation in foreign trade and intellectual property right sectors. Hong Kong has scored remarkable achievements in intellectual property right protection. Guangdong should study from Hong Kong.
