On The Educational Management of Party Members of College Executive Team

目前,高校管理队伍中存在党员意识淡薄、党性不强、工作作风涣散、理论水平欠缺等问题,建立队伍教育管理长效机制,才能保持共产党员先进性,才能使保持共产党员先进性工作进入一种持久的良性循环状态。以创新思想教育机制、建立党员意识养成机制、健全监督制约机制、强化教育培训机制为突破口,加强党员队伍建设。

Colleges are confronted with the following problems： Party members＇ weak consciousness of service, lax working style and low theoretical level. It is management mechanism to maintain Party members＇ vanguard imperative to establish an effective character. We can enhance Party member team by means of innovating ideological education mechanism, improving party members＇ consciousness, polishing supervision mechanism and strengthening educational training.
