Reform and Development of Urban Hospitals

通过对我国医疗卫生事业改革与发展中存在的诸多矛盾和问题的分析,强调用科学发展观和统一规划、统一设计的系统思维,指导城市医院工作的改革与发展,找出阻碍城市医院发展的主要因素,并对如何建立起市场经济下良好的医患关系,解决老百姓“看病贵”、“看病难”的问题提出了建议。

Through analysis of the existing conflicts and problems in medical health reform in our country, this paper emphasizes that reform and development of urben hospital should be guided by economic systems solutions with scientific development conception of uniting planning and design. To investigate main factors that influence development of urban hospitals, suggestions are put up how to set up a good relationship between doctors and patients in the market economy and how to resolve the problem that it is difficult and expensive to see a doctor for ordinary residents.
