印度对农村流动劳动力权益的保护及其对中国的启示

The Protection of Migrant Labor Force in India and the Enlightenment on China

本文以国家与社会的功能为分析视角,从国家立法,政府政策,以及非政府组织的活动等几个方面分析印度在社会转型过程中,对农村流动劳动力的权益的保护及救助。从而试图为解决中国农村流动劳动力的权益保护问题,提供一定的借鉴和启示。

The author tries to discuss the protection and assistance for migrant labor force in India during the social transition in the perspective of the function of state and social society. In order to protect and assist the migrant labor force, India government and social society do a lot of works, which include the legislation of state, government polices and the activity of non-government. Through analyzing the success or failure from India, the author attempts to provide some experience to solve the rights protection of the migrant labor force in China.
