正常人脑脊液和血清SOD-1、TE、Fer、β_2-m、SIgA含量与屏障

摘要 采用放射免疫分析和原子发射光谱法对56例作下肢手术而无全身性疾病者的脑脊液及血清中SOD-1、Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn、Fer、β_2-m、SIgA含量进行了测定。结果表明,脑脊液中含量低于血清(脑脊液中含量:血清中含量<1)、各种被测物的分子量与脑脊液/血清比值呈负相关,提示具有滤过机制。但是,SOD-1(分子量为32000,脑脊液/血清比值为0.6±0.1)及β_2-m(分子量为15800,脑脊液/血清比重为0.45±0.11),用脉络丛单纯滤过机制不能解释,可能还因滤过液通过脉络膜丛上皮细胞产生分泌性变化所致。 The levels of various constituents(SOD-1,TE, Fer, β2-m, STgA) in CSF and serum were measured by RIA and atomic emission spectrometry in 56 individuals with non-systemic lower extremity surgical diseases. Results showed that all those levels were lower in CSF than the respective ones in serum (CSF: Serum ratio<1). The molecular weight of the various constituent was correlatedinvercely with the ratio, suggesting a mechanical filtration barrier mechanism. However, there was exception fir SOD-1(mole. wt. 32000,ratio o.6±0.1)and β2-m (mole.wt. 15800, ratio 0.45±0.11). This might be accounted for by a secretory modification of the filtrate by choroidal plexus epithelial cells other than simple diffusion.
