The Routing of Distinctive Agricultural Industry Development in Developing Areas——With the Case of Plastic House Culture in Ansai County

安塞县选择发展棚栽业作为农业特色产业,比较符合当地的自然资源状况和社会经济条件,在优化生产要素配置、促进农村主导产业发展、推进农业产业化经营、促进农民增收和农业增效等方面发挥了重要的作用。目前必须解决资金投入不足、技术相对缺乏、基础设施相对滞后、产业化进程缓慢、农民主体意识不强等问题,才能实现棚栽业的可持续发展,实现农民增收致富和农村经济社会的全面进步。

Ansai county takes the plastic house culture as its distinctive agricultural industry. It conforms to the local condition of natural resources and social economy. It plays an important role in optimizing the configuration of agent of production, promoting the development of leading industry in rural areas, impelling the industrialization of agriculture, and advancing the increase of agricultural benefit and peasants＇ income. At the present time, problems like under-capitalization, technology shortage, infrastructure lagging, slow industrialization and peasants lacking main-body consciousness have to be solved, so that the sustainable development of plastic house culture,increasing the income of peasants and progress of rural economic community in an all-around way can be realized.
