摘要
对板蓝根和枸杞提取液对小鼠免疫能力的影响进行比较实验研究,实验用板蓝根及枸杞提取液灌胃,灌胃的剂量为0．2mL/ADI(含量为45mg/mL),连续灌胃35d,末次灌胃后2h,以脱颈椎法死小鼠,取出小鼠脾脏、胸腺及血样进行相关数据的测定,将实验数据与对照组小鼠的各项指标进行比较,并进行t检验．结果显示,板蓝根用药组和枸杞用药组小鼠的各项指标均高于对照组,实验证明,板蓝根和枸杞提取液在一定条件下能提高小鼠的免疫能力。
The experiment was to compared the immune function of lixivium from the Isatis indigotica Fort. and Lycium chinense Mill. the lixiviums were infused into the stomach of mouse respectively. The dosage of infusing was 0.2mL acceptable daily intake（ADI）, （45mg/mL） for 35 days. Two hours after last infusing, the mouse were taken and tested. The test results showed that Isatis indigotica Fort. and Lycium chinense Mill. can raise immunity function of mouse under the certain condition.
