Personality Structure Considered in Terms of Object-relationships:Fairbairn's Theory of Endopsychic Structure

英国精神分析学家费尔贝恩在修正与发展弗洛伊德和克莱因思想的基础之上,结合自己的临床经验,用客体关系的术语阐述了一种新的人格结构理论,即内心结构观。他指出,内心结构包含六个子成分,各成分通过压抑等机制彼此相互作用。他还将这些成分放到弗洛伊德心理地形和心理结构理论中加以考察,为理解人格结构提供了有用的借鉴。

Fairbairn, an English psychoanalyst, formulated a new theory of personality structure in terms of object-relationships based on his revision and development of the theories of Freud and Klein and integrated with his own clinical experience. He pointed out that endopsychic structure was made up of six subparts which were in dynamic relation to each other through repression and mutual influence. He further reviewed these subparts in the context of Freud＇s theories of mental apparatus and topography. Fairbain＇s theory gives us a useful reference to understand the personality structure.
