Public Goods and International Institutions

霸权稳定论和新自由主义都是西方国际政治经济学的主流理论范式。这两种范式将国际制度界定为一种公共益品。本文讨论了国际制度和公共益品的概念,认为上述两种范式的国际制度公益品命题实际上是不成立的。

International institutions are defined as public goods by both hegemonic stability theory and neoliberal institutionalism. Beginning with the definition of public goods and the definition of international institutions, this essay addresses the limits of hegemonic stability theory and neoliberal institutionalism, arguing that the opinion that international institutions are public goods is wrong.
