股骨近端骨的纤维结构不良伴严重弯曲畸形的治疗方法探讨

One stage of curettage-osteotomy-grafting and PFN internal fixation in treatment of osteofibrous dysplasia of proximal femur with severe deformity

目的探讨治疗股骨近端骨纤维结构不良伴严重弯曲畸形的新方法。方法采用一期截骨刮除矫形、打压植骨、PFN内固定的方法治疗股骨近端骨纤维结构不良伴严重弯曲畸形患者3例。结果3例患者均得到随访,随访5～15个月。术后8周的X线片显示有连续骨痂通过截骨线,16周已达骨性愈合。负重行走无疼痛,髋膝功能不受限。3例患者均无复发。结论一期截骨刮除矫形、打压植骨、PFN内固定治疗股骨近端骨纤维结构不良伴严重弯曲畸形效果良好。

Objective To investigate the best Treating method of the osteofibrous dysplasia of the proximal femur with severe deformity. Methods Three patients suffering osteofibrous dysplsia of the proximal femur with severe deformity were treated by one stage of curettage-osteotomy-grafting and PFN internal fixation. Results Three cases were followed up form 6 to 15 months, with an average of 10 months. All these cases had good bone healing 16 weeks after operation and all hips and knees presented normal function. All patients have no recurrence. Conclusions It is a good reconstruction method to treat osteofibrous dysplasia of the proximal femur with severe deformity by one stage curettage-osteotom-grafting and PFN fixation.
