The article presents a detailed description of the working principle, hardware constitution and software design of intelligent control system of multi-turn electric valve actuators. The control system is an intelligent valve control system, with functions of remote automatic/manual control, local manual control, signal detection, failure indication, and HMI by using 16-bit microcomputer made by Freescale as the central control unit.
