On the Cascades Planning Pattern for Hydropower Development on the Yazui River, Sichuan Province

主要论述在确定鸭嘴河梯级水电开发格局中，如何利用河流形态及资源分布特点，通过控制性水库设置位置，梯级开发方式与衔接，近期与远期，资源利用与补偿效益，水库淹没及移民安置，工程技术难度等方面对梯级开发方案的影响评价分析，为具有设置多年调节性能的“龙头”水库河流梯级规划与适应电力市场发展提供有益的思考方法。

The pattern of hydropower development planning for Yazui cascades, Sichuan Province was demonstrated in consideration of river basin configuration and water resources distribution, by means of reservoir control at key locations. The cascades development should be assorted with the power generation mode nowadays and in future, in consideration of the resources utilization and compensation effects, inundation of the cascades, resettlement of emigration, technology in construction, environment impact assessment, which provide some reference for river basin planning, especially for the first reservoir at upstream area with the perennial regulation capacity.
