摘要
本文通过举例说明现值计算在工程投标报价中的应用，建议施工企业在投标报价中尽量增加前期工程的报价，达到利于工程资金周转，提高企业收益的目的。
The application of present value computation in engineering bidding and quoting were illustrated by some examples, based on which the suggestion of construction enterprise should increase the quote price for antecedent project in order to achieve the intention of favoring to capital turnover and increasing income of the enterprise.
